Now that you’ve identified pathways that fit your interests and strengths, it’s time to choose a career goal.

Think about the career you would like to pursue in the future. Use the resources below to explore occupations, learn about job duties, education requirements, wages, and career outlooks.

Career Goal

To identify the career goal you want to get to:

  1. Review the Pathway Choice 1 you identified in the Prepare section.
  2. Identify which CTE Sector that Pathway is in.
  3. Click on the California Career Zone button below.
  4. Click on your CTE Sector.
  5. Click on “Occupations in All Sectors” and select your Pathway.
  6. Explore the career options you find. Take notes and write any questions you have about them in your journal.
